Le nombre de lettres fait référence aux trois mille victimes des attentats du Onze Septembre.

Each tower is built with the first three thousand (10 x 10 x 30) characters of the United States Declaration of Independence, left, and the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights, right, first written in French. The number of characters is a reference to the three thousand victims of September Eleven.
